Using modern design and construction techniques, DLC has created a breathtaking final product.

Living on the Sunshine Coast themselves, the DLC team possesses a unique insight into the area’s design trends. They adopted a responsive and accountable approach to ensure that all client requests and queries were addressed promptly and professionally, making this project a truly collaborative design effort.

The home features a combination of Knotwood screens on the front facade, giving it a distinct coastal feel. The open-plan living spaces and large entranceways were designed to regulate temperature in the tropical Queensland climate, providing an energy-efficient way to stay comfortable during the hottest parts of the year.

Inside, white marble tiling paired with bare concrete walls creates a sophisticated and stylish atmosphere. The minimalist interior design showcases the stunning natural materials in all their glory.

One of the most visually striking aspects of the project is the outdoor living space and pool area. The landscape architecture imparts a distinctly tropical feel, with an outdoor kitchen and dining area that allows the clients to entertain large groups of friends and family easily.
